In a move to make our coastal area cleaner and protect the sea the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has approved a cleaning project for Chimbai Beach. This project is expected to solve the standing problems of waste accumulation and environmental damage along this popular beach.

The civic body also plans to use machines and sanitation teams to manage waste better. Workers will focus on removing debris, marine waste and other pollutants that have been hurting the local ecosystem.
