This is because they found some problems with the changes the Nationalist Congress Party made to their rules. The Nationalist Congress Party told the Election Commission of India about these changes. They did not give them all the necessary papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Election Commission of India sent a letter to the Nationalist Congress Party leaders. They said that the Nationalist Congress Party only gave them papers that showed changes to one part of their rules, which&#8217;s Article 18(I).. The Nationalist Congress Party said they made changes to many other parts like Articles 6 7 12 32 and 36. So the Election Commission of India is asking the Nationalist Congress Party to give them the papers that show these changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a deal because these changes are about how the Nationalist Congress Party is organized and who has power. One of the changes is to Article 32 which&#8217;s about the authority of the national working president of the Nationalist Congress Party. The Nationalist Congress Party rules say that big changes like this need to be approved by the party not just decided by one person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Election Commission of India is looking at this because there is a lot of disagreement, inside the Nationalist Congress Party. This started when Sunetra Pawar became the leader of the Nationalist Congress Party. Some people like former Nationalist Congress Party secretary Sachchidanand Singh said that this was not done properly. They think the Nationalist Congress Party did not follow their rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Nationalist Congress Party says this is a normal part of their process. Their spokesperson, Umesh Patil said that they will give the Election Commission of India all the papers they need. The Election Commission of India is not saying that the changes are bad they just want to make sure everything was done correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Election Commission of India will look at all the papers. Then decide what to do.
